In order to create a safe environment conducive to raising the volume of mental health stories and conversations
We must first turn down the volume on the stigma in our own minds by demystifying some of the myths and objections.
On Day 2, we’ll dive deep into the 4 Common Pitfalls of Communication (and how to avoid them) and teach you how to Communicate with “CARE” at home, at work, and in the world.
DAY 3
THRIVE
On Day 3, you will feel enlightened, empowered, and equipped with the mindset, skills, and support you need to, not just survive but, THRIVE in the face of any crisis.
We’ll uncover and unpack the 3 Toxic Lies keeping you BUSY, Stressed, and without TIME so that you can shift from a mindset of Time Management to Time Ownership.
