Episode Transcript
[01:12] Marly Q: We are live! Thank you for making the Time to be Kind, Sebastian.
[01:16] Sebastian: Thank you for allowing me to be kind in your kind podcast.
[01:21] Marly Q: Yes, yes! In these weird times that we’re living in … I appreciate kindness and people who make the time to connect in positive ways, now more than ever. Today, we’re diving into abundance, and no one embodies that better than you.
[02:00] Sebastian: I’m here. I appreciate you for thinking of me that way.
[02:05] Marly Q: Tell us about your story and how you came to live and share this abundance mindset every day.
[02:22] Sebastian: I believe we all have this within us. But it sparked in me during college. A professor showed me the law of attraction and the power of positivity. That moment changed me. I left class feeling high on life, singing, and I realized if I kept my thoughts positive, I’d attract positive things.
[Timestamped conversation continues in detail, illustrating Sebastian’s journey to embracing and practicing abundance, positivity, and kindness.]
[15:31] Marly Q: One of your favorite phrases, which I love, is “Good Day, Every Day.” Tell us about that.
[15:44] Sebastian: It’s the motto for Blind Color Hats, where I’m creative director. When I first saw the hat with that phrase, it just clicked—every day is a good day if you choose to see the light in it.
[17:24] Marly Q: I love that. The world needs it. How can people connect with you and your positive energy?
[17:49] Sebastian: Follow me on Instagram @Bluehart or check out Blind Color Hats on YouTube. We create content that uplifts and aligns with positive energy.
[21:18] Marly Q: Thank you for making the time to be kind. I hope this isn’t our last conversation.
[21:33] Sebastian: Absolutely not! We’ll do it again and, when things settle, meet in person for a big hug.
